  • Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, financial reporting, and customer satisfaction initiatives. This is a leadership role with a clear growth path to General Manager.

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Experience with scheduling, food cost, and P&L
